The lower level of Studio 24B — a nocturnal world of pop-art graphics, a lit marble bar and a mid-century lounge, conceived for long evenings and easy company.

Descending below the loft, the mood shifts from bright gallery to intimate speakeasy. Concrete shells and near-black panelling swallow the light, so every fixture — a spotlit orange wingback, a fringed rose pendant — reads as a small stage set.
Entertainment sits at the heart of the plan: a pool table beneath a hand-painted jazz-singer mural, a dartboard framed by graphic posters, and a backlit Arabescato bar lined with sculptural stools for the crowd to gather around.
Vintage pieces thread the rooms together — a red typewriter, a mustard television, brass sconces that seem to melt down the wall — giving the underground the patina of a collector's private club.
